Jeeps to invade the Lake George area Father’s Day weekend

More than 300 Jeeps will be rolling into town for the inaugural Adirondack Jeep Invasion, which is taking place Friday, June 18 through Sunday, June 20, 2021. The event, hosted by Blinker Fluid Productions, will be headquartered at 1000 Acres Ranch Resort in Stony Creek.

“We spent almost two years looking at venues and towns around New York City, Long Island, and New York State,” says Event Host Jamie Longmuir. “We chose the Lake George Area because of the amenities offered. We like the family feel of the town. … We don’t do shows in parking lots, the venue is a top priority for us!” The 1000 Acres Ranch was chosen as the main venue because it offers many family activities including swimming, horseback riding, tubing, kayaking, and fishing.

The event includes a kick-off party for registered attendees, trail rides, an off-road driving course and a vendor area.  A Saturday evening Show and Shine at the Charles R. Wood Festival Commons is open to the public and, on Sunday, the trail rides, driving course and vendor area opens to the public.

New Jersey-based Blinker Fluid Productions is an event company specializing in automotive car shows that focus on family fun. The organization’s premier event is the Wildwood Jeep Invasion on the beach in Wildwood, NJ, which attracts more than 2,500 jeeps. Organizers say they are looking forward to expanding their Invasion to the Lake George Area.
