The Adirondack Pub & Brewery has completed a 3,000-square-foot expansion to their facility, and they will celebrate with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, August 30 at 3:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend and enjoy complimentary appetizers and beverages. The expansion, which was funded in part by the Empire State Development Craft Beverage Micro Grant Program, will help the brewery meet the growing demand for craft beverages beyond beer.
With the expansion, the Brewery’s facility at 33 Canada Street increases to 15,000 square feet. Adirondack Pub & Brewery offers a variety of ales and lagers, hard lemonades and teas, hard ciders made with New York State apples, hard seltzer, and ready-to-drink canned cocktails. The first post-expansion new release is Cliff Jumper, a hard strawberry lemonade.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony is sponsored by the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB and Kingsbury Printing. Adirondack Pub & Brewery co-owners John and Cindy Carr, the Brewery team, and local and state officials will attend.
Adirondack Pub & Brewery opened at the South end of Lake George Village in 1999. It has grown to become a popular full-service restaurant with private event space and an outdoor beer garden. Throughout the year, the Brewery hosts several public events including Oktoberfest, a post-Halloween Pumpkin Chunkin’ and the ADK 5K.
