October is Drink Pink month at the Adirondack Winery’s Queensbury and Lake George Tasting Rooms. The Annual campaign, now in its 12th year, benefits breast cancer awareness. A portion of consumer sales made between Sept. 16 and Oct. 31 will be donated to the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of the Adirondacks.
“Drink Pink goes beyond raising funds,” says Adirondack Winery President and Co-Owner Sasha Pardy. “It’s our way of coming together to support those in our community and letting them know that we stand by them during this challenging time.” The Winery has set a $20,000 fundraising goal for the 2024 Drink Pink Campaign.
To help achieve this goal, the winery is selling a limited-edition Drink Pink Berry Breeze wine. This version of its mixed berry wine sports a pink cap and label. The winery is also offering pink stainless steel sippy cups and pink wine glass koozies. The Queensbury Tasting Room will be hosting special events throughout the month, and those wishing to support breast cancer awareness may purchase raffle tickets, available online or in the tasting rooms, for a chance to win a basket loaded with local products and gift cards.
