Adirondack Winery to celebrate 11th anniversary with event-filled weekend

It has been 11 years since Sasha and Michael Pardy converted a Canada Street storefront into a winery. That first year, they produced 1,000 cases of wine in the back while dedicating the front portion of their shop to serve as a small tasting room. Today, the Adirondack Winery brand is a regionally recognized favorite that has won multiple awards and the Canada Street tasting room bustles with activity year-round.

Since the 2008 launch, they have moved wine production off-site allowing for expansion of the Lake George tasting room. In 2017, they opened a second tasting room further up the lake in Bolton Landing, and since 2015, they have presented the Adirondack Wine and Food Festival, which draws thousands to the Festival Commons in Charles R. Wood Park each June.

“We are so proud of the business we’ve built and the community we’ve formed around our wines.”

Sasha Pardy, Adirondack Winery president and co-owner
