The price increases a penny a year, but with a three-course meal going for $20.16, no one is complaining. The Fall Lake George Restaurant Week kicks off this Sunday, Sept. 11 and runs through Friday, Sept. 16. Participating restaurants have created special menus featuring beef, poultry, seafood and pasta entrees complemented by select appetizers and desserts.
This year’s Lake George Restaurant Week menus include a sautéed vodka chicken (The Boathouse), roasted pork loin with charred asparagus and artichoke risotto (The Inn at Erlowest) and a beef and veal meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes (The View at Dunham’s Bay Resort.) The $20.16 price does not include drinks, gratuity or tax. Reservations are highly suggested.
This is the 10th year local restaurants have partnered with the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce to offer this dining experience at a great price. Lake George Restaurant Week is a great opportunity to try a new restaurant or revisit a favorite without straining the budget. Note: The price will go up to $20.17 next year.
