Lake George Fall Restaurant Week 2024 features tailgating-themed menus

The Lake George Region’s Fall Restaurant Week returns Sunday, Sept. 8, and runs through Saturday, Sept. 14. This fall, 14 area restaurants are offering special three-course menus with a $35 fixed price. Menus have been created to reflect the theme “tailgating” to bring “the excitement of game day to the dining table.”

“From the ‘Tailgate Grill’ at The Lobster Pot to Game Day Chicken at Lake House Grille,” says Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Gina Mintzer, “our local chefs are set to transform classic tailgating favorites into gourmet delights. This theme not only captures the essence of the American tradition of tailgating but also celebrates the camaraderie, fun, and delicious foods that make game days special. We can’t wait for diners to experience the creativity and flavor our local restaurants are bringing to the table with this unique, festive twist!”

This is the 18^th year the Chamber has held the semi-annual Restaurant Week promotion, which allows diners to sample the offerings of local chefs for a set price. The $35 cost includes an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Beverages, gratuity and tax are additional. Reservations are strongly recommended.
