Lake George Oktoberfest 2021 to bring food, music, games to Canada Street

Traffic will be diverted from Canada Street this Columbus Day Weekend to make room for music, dancing and a beer garden. The 10th Annual Lake George Village Oktoberfest kicks off Friday, Oct. 8 and runs through Sunday, Oct. 10. Oktoberfest 2021 will feature continuous polka and German music, traditional dancers, Bavarian-style food, carnival rides, pony rides, children’s crafts, games and plenty of cold beer. Oktoberfest is held under a large tent on the street in front of Shepard Park between Montcalm and Amherst Streets.

Adirondack Pub & Brewery will be dishing up food and serving their craft beer and cider under the big tent. Additional food, soft drinks, artisan crafts and merchandise vendors will line the sidewalk. While some vendors do accept credit cards, organizers advise attendees to bring cash for beer garden purchases.
