Warmer days and cool nights mean the sap is running in the sugarbush, and Thurman maple producers are inviting the public to visit their operations March 12-13, 19-20, and 26-27, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. each day. Visitors can see the sap evaporators in action, taste samples and shop for maple products and maple-themed gifts. Thurman Maple Days 2022 marks a return of the event after the pandemic caused a two-year hiatus.
